Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

For the ancient Greeks, the name of goddess Demeter meant " Mother Earth". Her worship began in the open plains of Thessaly where, since time immemorial, people have cultivated cereal. Great celebrations devoted to Demeter and her daughter Persephone were held every October in the season of seeding, known as Thesmophoria, celebrating the fertility of the earth and the women. Andonis was born in Constantinople. I was awarded a B.A degree in Anthropology and History of Art from S.U.N.Y. at New Paltz, New York. I combine photography, archaeology, and nature. Recently, I reside in Greece, cooperating with publishing houses and magazines.
